ThoughtBridge Announces Microsoft Online Services Reseller Alliance 

ThoughtBridge sees opportunity in Microsoft Online Services partner model to drive more value to the customer while adding profit to our bottom line!

Atlanta, GA  — July 8, 2008 — ThoughtBridge, (www.thoughtbc.com) a Microsoft Gold and Managed Partner, is an innovative Business Improvement and Application Consulting firm that helping clients Visualize, Organize and Manage corporate information by leveraging SharePoint 2007, today announced that it will resell Microsoft Online Services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Office Live Meeting, and Communications Online. This new offering will provide customers with choice in how to consume and manage software.  ThoughtBridge also announced its enhanced support, Client Care Services, for the new Microsoft Online Services partner program.

Jim Straub, President of ThoughtBridge said, “I can think of several occasions where we did not win a project because of slow deployment times for SharePoint.  However, Microsoft Online Services mitigates that. This will accelerate the approval of and implementation of SharePoint. We believe, there's a great opportunity to cut sales cycles by 20% or greater. In addition, the Microsoft Online Services recurring fees will allow ThoughtBridge to be compensated for influencing the Software as a Service sale.  This is a brand new revenue stream for us and can become quite substantial.”

In addition to Microsoft’s Online Services offering, ThoughtBridge’s Client Care Service offering, which includes ThoughtIP HelpDesk, Platinum Support and ThoughtBridge University Training, is perfectly positioned to provide additional value in training and support to the customer.   Client Care Services is focused on the people and process side of the solution, emphasizing a great experience for the end user and resulting in increasing user adoption of Microsoft collaboration platform.


“Together with ThoughtBridge, we are delivering customers choice and flexibility, which is a key characteristic of Microsoft Online Services and the software plus services vision,” said Microsoft spokesperson, title, Microsoft Corp. “Businesses can deploy software as a subscription service, from servers they manage on-site, or a combination of the two – all depending on their specific needs.”  For solutions that might not be right for Microsoft Online Services, ThoughtBridge has developed SharePoint Online Solutions (S.O.S) that will integrate a clients Internet or custom applications with the new Microsoft Online Services offering.
