Jim Straub, President and Co-Founder
As President of ThoughtBridge, Jim leverages almost 20 years of technology sales and business experience gained through his representation of various successful enterprises throughout the state of Georgia. As the co-founder and driving force behind ThoughtBridge, Jim is responsible for the vision and strategy around sales and marketing of the firm, strategic relationships, and ensuring overall satisfaction with employees, clients and partners. ThoughtBridge's innovative approach for delivering solutions earned the loyalty of several clients in the Southeast, as well as recognition by Microsoft for Gold Certification, the highest level of a Microsoft partnership. Over his career, Jim has gained vast knowledge of delivering consulting services and solutions around Business Intelligence, CRM, Portal Solutions and Application Development. Jim's passion for technology and thrill of the sales process makes him a perfect blend of President of a technology company.
Jim has a degree in Business Administration and has completed numerous continued education courses such as Masters of Business Dynamics, Leadership Forsyth and Executive Sales programs. Jim has also served his local business environment and community through his involvement in organizations such as The Atlanta e-Commerce Forum, The Metro Atlanta Industries of the Mind Committee, The Gwinnett Chamber Technology Steering Committee, The Forsyth County Community Connection and was a former candidate for a local elected position. Jim also served as a board member for the Alternative Board and is currently seeking another board position either for a company or a charity organization.
Jim's desire for giving back to the community has spread into the organization which has formed a ThoughtBridge Cares committee to ensure involement in the community. Married with 4 children, Jim is also very involved in his Church and multiple non profit organizations including the Chandler Jackson Youth Foundation (www.chandlersfoundation.org)
Tim Tisdale, Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder
As CTO and co-founder of ThoughtBridge, Tim leverages over 18 years of technology leadership and business experience gained through his representation of various successful corporations throughout the state of Georgia. As the think-tank behind ThoughtBridge, Tim is responsible for the vision and strategy around which technologies and solutions the firm specializes in today and more importantly, tomorrow. In addition, Tim assists with strategic relationships and internal best practices with technology to ensure overall satisfaction with employees, clients and partners. Tim has been involved with Microsoft technologies since the release of DOS and has been a proponent of Microsoft technologies throughout his career. Using his technology and sales background, Tim has created service divisions and Internet companies, led corporate I.T. divisions and served as a CTO for a billion dollar corporation. During the .com revolution, Tim invented and executed a click to brick ecommerce strategy for a national corporation that is still in use and profitable today. Married with three children, Tim also serves his local community through his involvement in organizations such as The Boy Scouts of America, Christian Youth organizations, The Experimental Aircraft Association and as a drummer on several worship teams.
Kevin Anderson, EVP Consulting Services
Kevin Anderson has more than 16 years of experience in the IT industry. He has successfully managed, technically led, analyzed, and developed solutions for corporate and government oriented clients. Kevin’s previous technical and consulting experience includes working at Metropolitan Life, Universal Data Consultants, and GE Capital IT Solutions. In 1997 he co-founded Eagle Technology Consultants LLC, an application development oriented consulting firm. During this time Kevin’s main focus was to ensure customer satisfaction by managing, sizing/estimating, technical consulting and staffing large projects in such industries such as banking, retail, manufacturing, financial, and state government.
Kevin has considerable experience in delivering web application and integration projects to a variety of industries by using the best technologies from Microsoft, IBM/Lotus, Business Objects, Adobe/MacroMedia, and OpenSource. He has specific interest in using project management and best practices to achieve project success and customer satisfaction.
In 2005, Kevin helped to successfully integrate the Eagle Technology into Optimus Solutions and to form a new group called Optimus Consulting.
