The ThoughtBridge Windows Server Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of the Windows Server Platform for our customers. The incumbent will provide support for Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Active Directory, SharePoint, and SQL Server. The Windows Server Engineer will have experience installing, configuring, administering, and managing servers in a multi-domain environment. This individual will need to have a strong understanding of a collaboration environment and a basic exposure to SharePoint. This position will require local travel to client locations on a monthly basis.

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Associates Degree with equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years experience in Network or Windows Engineering
• Specific experience with MS Technologies including, but not limited to, Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Active Directory, and SharePoint
• Experience installing and configuring multi-domain server environments
• Superior troubleshooting ability with a high aptitude for problem solving.
• Basic exposure to SharePoint – understanding of collaboration
• Experience with SQL Server
• The candidate must be self-directed and have a proactive approach to resolving support issues and working with clients with limited supervision
• Travel to client locations will be required
• MCSE preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills are a must
