Platinum Support is a prepaid block of hours to cover task-oriented, short-duration services that deal with proactive and / or reactive issues. ThoughtBridge will provide a “virtual” team of consultants to perform tasks surrounding SharePoint and supporting technologies and temporarily supplement the client’s work force. These prepaid hours can also be used for additional training of your employees or the utilization of our research and development lab for testing new technologies.
Our Support Service activities include additional enhancements and customizations of the current SharePoint environment, developing services for requirements established by the client, providing knowledge of SharePoint best practices, and providing additional training on Microsoft Technologies as needed. We are also able to conduct “Mini” Discovery Sessions to gather business or technical requirements for small project engagements.
